Hotel day starts at 14:00 and ends at 12:00 the following day.

All prices are gross and include:

The guests of the hotel receive a 10% discount for all the hotels in the Group (in Krakow Pod Różą and Copernicus Hotel).
Local tax 1.60 PLN per person per day is not included.
Children under 12 – free of charge
Rollaway bed for older children (available in rooms with higher standard: Junior Suite, Suite, Luxurious Suite) – 150 PLN

PAYMENT

We accept credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro/Switch.
We do not accept credit cards: Dinners Club and JBC.
Group reservations for more than 10 rooms require a 30% advance payment.

Guests can make reservations in the following ways:

In order to make and confirm individual reservations, guests are asked to send an e-mail or fax with a written confirmation of their reservation as well as credit card number and its expiry date.
We kindly ask to inform the hotel if your arrival time is past 18.00.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling reservation at least three days before the arrival date, if the reservation was made four or more days before the confirmed arrival date – free of charge.
Cancelling reservation until 6 p.m. on the arrival day, if the reservation was made within three days before the arrival date – free of charge.
Unconfirmed phone reservations, made up to three days before the arrival time will be cancelled automatically after 18.00 on the first day of the reservation.

Should you fail to arrive, the hotel reserves the right to debit the credit card with the amount of the value for the first night of accommodation.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (PAID)

At your request we provide:

• daily polish and foreign newspapers (from 12 PLN),
• massage (from 100 PLN),
• sightseeing with a guide (from 350 PLN),
• airport transfer (from 100 PLN),
• luggage service for groups (10 PLN per person one way)

• baby-sitter (50 PLN per hour),
• monitored parking place (70 PLN per day). We also provide valet parking,
