We offer exquisite European cuisine dishes. Our head chef, Paweł Twardosz composes dishes in an innovative and elaborate way using regional products and creatively interpreting traditional recipes. The menu changes with the seasons of the year. Spring is a time for fresh vegetables, summer means asparagus, artichokes and refreshing desserts.
During autumn, the menu is dominated by dishes with heavier ingredients like venison, mushrooms and forest fruit. Specialité de la maison, currently recommended by the chef is fois gras with candied pear as well as splendid linguine pasta with lobster.
Szczepańska Street, where The Stary Hotel is situated, was home to restaurant Feilguta after World War I and later after 1945 to restaurant Pod Trzema Rybami , which existed until early 1990s. The Trzy Rybki is a place with history. It is worth paying a visit.
